trout roe caviar, creme fraiche, chives, pickled cucumber, toasted brown bread crumbs

Braised Beef and Cashell Pie-
caramelized onions, Irish farmhouse blue cheese, house made “HP” sauce 

Entrees

Roast NY Rohan Duck Breast and a Savory Pear Tart-
onion/bacon jam, Essex Camembert, port and duck glace

Berkshire Pork Belly and Butter Poached Maine Lobster- 
spanish black pudding, cider, apples, champ

Potato Crusted Atlantic Cod and Fried Oysters-
sauteed baby kale, mustard-lemon aioli  

Dessert

Bia Cheesecake in a Jar-
lemon curd, lemon cookie crumble

Warm Date Cake-
toffee sauce, clotted cream

Frozen Irish Whiskey and Vanilla Sabayon-
Irish oatmeal cookie

           

Plus- nightly, seasonally-inspired Vegetarian Menus with dishes such as Potato-Chive Dumplings, Beetroot and Barley "risotto", and individual Potato leek and Cheddar Tarts. 

A rotating, 3 course prix-fixe Neighborhood Menu will be offered nightly, as well as a small “Blackboard” menu at the bar.

Our Farmhouse Cheeses will be made with either vegetable or vegetable based microbial rennets, making them truly vegetarian.
